"Tv streaming did not work. Controls for draperies did not work. Controls for heating. Air conditioning did not work. Coffee was provided but no coffee cups. Parking cost? $38. Room was clean. Staff tried to help but no one knew what to do."

"I am a long time Marriott customer. This hotel is nice and modern but misses on the basics. The size of the room is smaller than an inside cruise ship room. Example you can only access bed from one side. The bed was hard, the pillows were way too thick to sleep on. There was no bed sheet with required you to use the duvet which was way too hot. "

"Funky hotel, nice design. Coffee in lobby isn’t good. There can be a wait for bathrooms. My lights were flickering, the bed lamp didnt work. Hair dryer turned off every 5 seconds. For a hotel room with no bathroom I thought this was expensive but it was marathon weekend and I needed to be close to the Acela (it’s a few blocks to Back Bay Station)."
