Old Chelsea - charming cottage in the conservation area of Deal

Old Chelsea is a charming circa 1700 cottage in a pretty, pedestrianised lane lined with pots and flowering plants. Ideally located in the heart of the historic conservation area of Deal, the cottage is a short stroll to both the long beach, pier and promenade and the high street with its variety of boutique shops and cafes. The cottage has been lovingly restored by the owners to create a stylish and comfortable holiday home. The cosy sitting room has a comfy sofa and armchair, a Smart TV and wood burner. The pretty bay window creates a window seat and dining area, and the open plan kitchen is perfect for sociable meal preparation.

Outside space
There is no outside space specifically at Old Chelsea, however, you can open the back door and front door leads straight onto Portobello court which is lined with flowers and leads to Middle St. It's one of the most photographed streets in Deal, and with the beach just beyond, you're in the perfect location.

No parking but on street parking is available within a 10 minute walk

Accessibility
Old Chelsea ia a classic seaside, small cottage. It's very old and so this comes hand in hand with quite steep stairs. The property is therefore best suited to a couple, and is less suitable for the elderly or children.

Please note that the stairs at this cottage are steep and it has low ceilings so may not be suitable for those with limited mobility.
House Rules
We would respectfully ask that the following house rules are adhered to, to avoid any damages. Should any damages arise please note charges may be taken from your security deposit.
Please note check out is 10am. Please ensure you vacate on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests.
Smoking is not permitted in the property at any time.
Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.
Please be respectful to neighbours. Quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am.
Parties and loud music are not permitted.
