The upstairs unit is separately occupied by your host, ensuring privacy while remaining available should you need anything during your stay.

Other Things to Note: This is a private basement walkout apartment within a two-unit home. I’m the host and occupy the upper unit. You’ll have exclusive use of the entire lower-level apartment and the fully fenced backyard during your stay. The apartment has its own private entrance and has been soundproofed to a reasonable extent. However, as with most multi-unit homes, some normal household sounds may still be heard between floors.
