The property is well maintained. The sheets are clean. The bathroom is well sanitized. They gave extra soaps and shampoo for a family of 4. Very affordable and very clean. This is a deal! Go for it guys !!

The room was fine, and the staff was pleasant. But the minute it got dark outside, the hotel parking lot had a large group of very boisterous men, and all of the parking was taken up.

Considering the limited options of places to stay in DeQueen you are getting what you paid for. Stayed in a NON smoking room BUT it smelled of cigarettes and mildew.

Adequate for a One Night Stay

Room was big and bed was comfortable. Lighting in room is a little dim and there’s a funny odor. There is a leak in the ceiling over the tub. There are several restaurants nearby.

The room was big and beautiful. Looked to be freshly painted. The bathroom had a beautiful new marble looking vanity. The air worked fabulously and there was no smell. I would give this room a 10/10. It was beautiful, smacious, and clean.

This is an old hotel. There’s no way around that. But at least in the room we had it was clean and somewhat updated. There are a few updates that could still be done in the bathroom, but we have no complaints. The fridge worked well and the room was quite spacious. The space of what it seemed in the pics was why we chose this hotel over another one in the area because their rooms are very small (like couldn’t hardly walk around the bed as it took up the whole room small). We were very pleased that the room was as spacious as it appeared in the pics. The AC worked wonderfully and the mattress was very comfy. Overall for the price we would definitely consider staying here again as it gives us the ability to have a few days away to visit family without being crowded in with family. Only detraction I had was that we booked a King room for a reason, and upon check in the guy seemed like he wanted me to agree to a Queen room that was on the first floor. (I wasn’t aware it was a two level hotel, but the end with our Non-Smoking King room was indeed two floors.) I said, no we would take the King room we booked. Not sure what that was about, but the stairs were easy to navigate and I’m glad I decided to keep the room as is. Also, if you’re staying here, please respect their pet policy. It seems that some people are disrespecting that rule and that it’s created problems for people who are just a small business owner. Don’t be those people who do that. It’s rude.
