Another access code for your room door. The room: from entrance: one step to bed-in front of you; one to the right to the bathroom… no window. The location is very good and their breakfast (not included). You cannot make the checkout earlier than date of leaving. The TV: cnn and bbc, the rest you need to pay. Clean, comfortable, cozy, quiet neighbourhood. Near public transport. No air conditioning, but still cool in summer (as no direct sun on windows). Staff very polite, friendly and helpful.

To start, I have to say this was the most disappointing hotel we stayed at during our trip through Europe. It also had the least friendly and least helpful customer service. I made a mistake when booking and accidentally reserved an extra night about three months before our stay. I realized the error less than 24 hours later and contacted the hotel immediately. Although I accepted that the mistake was mine, the hotel was unwilling to offer even a partial refund or any alternative accommodation, which was disappointing. The rooms were very small, the bathroom was not as clean as expected, and the windows did not seal properly and felt loose, which made the room less comfortable. That said, we still made the best of our stay. The hotel’s location is excellent, with many attractions within easy walking distance, and that was definitely its biggest advantage. I’m hesitant to recommend this hotel based on our experience. Of course, every stay is different, so take my review with a grain of salt, but I’m sharing my experience as honestly as I can.
