diner was heel erg goed. Kamer was schoon tot je wat beter kijkt, achter de TV veel stof, toilet wordt even snel schoongemaakt maar ruikt niet fris. Veel geluid van de etage boven de kamer. De receptie was niet bereikbaar na 23:00 uur ook niet telefonisch zelfs niet als je aangeeft dat het Nood is! De tablet in de kamer funtioneerd niet, gaat wel aan maar de welkom toets werkt niet. Als je de TV aanzet staat er een naam van een eerdere bezoeker.

Hygiene op de kamer was niet best. Met name de badkamer (wasbak, smerige deur, gebruikt glas) kon beter. Maar ook de zitting van de bank in de eetzaal mag een schoonmaak beurt hebben. Onze kamer zat blijkbaar boven de keuken waardoor vanaf 6.30 uur de kamer stonk naar uitgebakken spek. In de nacht veel mensen over het grindpad onder het raam. Personeel bij de receptie was wel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Voor ons geen 2e keer daar.

Mooie uitvalsbasis op Texel

Goed hotel, prima ontbijt, goed restaurant en bar, prima wifi, ruime kamers, grote gratis parkeerplaats, vriendelijke servicemedewerkers. Even wennen qua uitstraling, niet de zakelijke die ik gewend ben, deze was wat oubollig. Maar zeker aan te raden.

Goede ervaring

Prima locatie en mooie kamer. Goed ontvangst, ontbijt en diner. De ligging is goed op het eiland. Centraal, maar je hebt wel een fiets of auto nodig om bij een dorpje te komen. Dat is prima. Zou zeker weer boeken als ik naar Texel ga.

Ontbijt zeer goed. Vriendelijk personeel. Parkeren blijft een dingetje mar dat was bij de pelikaan ook al zo,voordat het een van der valk werdt. Maar over het algemeen zeer tevreden

Prima verblijf, maar aan de prijs

Van der Valk heeft goeie bedden en een uitgebreid ontbijt. Wat ons voor de prijs wel tegenviel is de badkamer. Erg krap en een kleine douchekop met alsnog weinig waterdruk. De kamer is verder ruim en prima en de service erg fijn.

Groot en lekker ontbijtbuffet, gemakkelijk electrische fietsen om te huren, centraal op het eiland, goed restaurant en comfortabel bed. Top verblijf!
