"This looked like an old independent motel that they converted to America's Best. It's not the best, a little shabby. The coffee was weak and watery."

"There was an employee sitting in room watching you check in on a virtual kiosk with a live agent offsite. The rooms were dirty. Bathroom tiles were mouldy. Painted tile floors were all chipped and dirty as well as walls. Room smelled like cigarette smoke and weed. Towels had dirty black marks on them. Breakfast was very sub par."
