"Thinking of something negative to say and unfortunately there isn’t any. Where do I even begin. Such a great location with many restaurants around the area and at a short distance. Walking in to the place shows Pauline and Jeremy’s character. They made us feel welcomed and feel at home. Can’t forget the thoughtful gift upon arriving. Providence is definitely underrated.. So much to do for suck a small city. Will be coming back in the near future and hoping to be able to book again. Highly...

"Ben’s place was very cozy and comfortable. The location was great. Close to UConn and in a pretty area. The set up was great with a very comfortable bed, stocked kitchen, lots of hot water. The owner also freshly ground our coffee. The only downside was the sounds from the owners main house above-footsteps, voices… all normal but hard to ignore-sound proofing would go a long way. Good stay overall. "
