"Do NOT book this property it is the worse place I have ever been to. Roaches everywhere, hasn’t been cleaned in months. False advertisement with the pool photo that’s not theirs it’s the hotel beside them. Bed frame and box springs broken and not even the correct size. Random liquids in a cup left behind in the sink. No proper drain in the tub. The ceiling was drooping so bad due to flooding from the room above. People outside passed out in vehicles. Kids running around with machetes. VERY UNSAFE CONDITIONS THIS HOTEL NEEDS TO BE REMOVED OFF OF EXPEDIA ALL TOGETHER"

"One of the best experiences I’ve had in Daytona. Property surprised me with how friendly the whole staff was and the cleanliness of the rooms and hotel in general. Great accommodations included, free parking, the continental breakfast was great and they have complimentary happy hour which was a bonus in my opinion! I have been to Daytona Beach 3 times and found this gem on the third visit and wish I would have found them sooner! Overall a great experience! "

"Clean room. Wonderful staff. Glorious view from room, oceanfront pool, and outdoor gas grills made this place amazing. Great for a weekend or an extended stay. The staff are all amazing and incredibly accommodating. Having a full kitchen with dishes and everything necessary to cook was exceptional. We plan to stay here every time we are in the area. Convenient access to Orlando, hour drive on I-4. "

"This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The property is currently under construction, and it made the stay extremely inconvenient and uncomfortable. The main entrance was barely usable, and parking was a nightmare. There are very limited spots, yet they still charge $15 for parking — even though the back lot is under construction and partially unusable (there’s even a massive hole that looks like a sinkhole). Amenities were also unavailable. The beach access from the hotel was completely closed off with no clear explanation, and the jacuzzi was not only closed but visibly disgusting and green. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was very poor. The hallways had a strong, unpleasant odor, and the room itself did not feel clean. On top of that, the AC barely worked, making it uncomfortable to sleep, and the elevators felt unsafe and unreliable. Overall, this stay was extremely disappointing. Between the construction, lack of amenities, poor cleanliness, and additional fees, this hotel is not worth it at all. Save yourself the frustration and stay somewhere else."
