Oceanfront luxury meets family-size 4BD/3BA @ Ocean Vistas 502

Beach, pool, & all amenities are all open! Enjoy ocean front elegance in a 3,000 sq ft, 4 bedrooms, 3 baths,& another 500 square feet on the balcony! All rooms have access to the balcony with an ocean view & a built in Jenn Air Grill. One of the few 4 bedrooms on the beach! The unit features 2 King Suites, 1 Queen suite with sitting room, and the 4th bedroom has 2 twin beds. In addition we have four full twin size roll away beds.
A starter kit of household essentials is provided, including trash bags, laundry pods, dish detergent pods, toilet paper, and paper towels. Additional supplies are the guest’s responsibility.
At only an hour and 20 minutes from the Orlando theme parks (Disney, Universal, & Sea World), 1 hour and 15 minutes to Kennedy Space Center, and only 1 hour to St. Augustine, the nations' oldest city, Ocean Vistas is perfectly located to enjoy all that Central Florida has to offer.

This 4 bedroom condo was beautiful, spacious and very nicely appointed. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and family time together. The amenities for the complex were also top notch. Parking and security for the complex was definitely a bonus. The host was wonderful and very responsive. We highly recommend this property!

Ocean Vistas is our favorite condo complex to rent from each summer, and this unit has our favorite layout. Beautiful open living with view & plenty of bedroom layouts to accommodate multiple guests. We had a fantastic time!

Beautiful Place on Daytona Beach

From the moment we arrived were met by gracious lady who showed us every thing we needed to know about the complex. The condo itself was magnificent exactly like the pictures. So much room for my family and the view was wonderful. Enjoyed our week stay to the fullest. If I ever decided to return to Daytona Beach again will definitely stay here.

Large attractive apartment

The apartment was large and attractively decorated, with a view of the ocean. The building was very nice and seemed to be well-maintained. It was right on the beach, as well as having a large pool. April was very helpful.

This was a beautiful condo!

The condo was absolutely beautiful and had a very nice view of the ocean however it wasn’t what I would call “ocean front” It was more to the side of the building but you still had a nice view from the large balcony. The condo was very very clean! There went as many towels and washcloths as I would have expected for 8 people but luckily there’s was a washer and dryer. Overall I would stay here again. It was a great place for our family vacation.

Perfect for our needs!

This property is beautiful and centrally located right on the beach. Just a short drive from restaurants and other activities. We felt very safe in and around the building and had all of the amenities we wanted. It was not overran with spring breakers and everyone we interacted with was very nice. Everything was open on the property, with the exception of the ramp to the beach but it was easy to get to the beach and we were told ahead of time. The pool was so nice- clean and it was warm, even during a couple of chilly days. Our condo was a large space with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our group. We had a gorgeous view. Dennis was a pleasure to work with and checked in with us throughout our stay. April helped us get settled in and was quick to respond to our questions. We would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat if we make it back to the area!

Gorgeous view!!

This property is a amazing find. Plenty of room for our 10 person group. Was actually better in person then the pictures. We were surprised to find that there was new floors throughout living room/kitchen area very nice. The view was amazing, the condo was stocked with everything we needed. The grill was amazing and is a awesome touch. We used the grill at least 4 or 5 times. Nothing like grilling a few burgers while you watch the ocean. My only negative was nothing to do with the property, but we were unaware of trucker weekend and I must say if you are looking for a nice quiet vacation please take my advice and do not book that weekend. Trucks stuck on the beach, trucks that are way to loud, trucks with actual PA systems in the truck bed blaring music at all hours of the night that you can hear inside the condo. But all in all the condo and location is great. Would recommend everyone interested in booking this condo to do it!! You won’t regret it! Thanks to Dennis, Carmen, and April who checked us in. We had a amazing time.
