Beautiful ocean view.

This was a nice respite from coronavirus quarantine. Wonderful to wake up to a sunrise, the quintessential icon for hope.

Great View

The condo has a great view and is located in a great place and close to many restaurants. We hardly drove anywhere throughout our stay. The condo is a bit smaller than what we thought but worked well for our small family of 4. It is equipped with everything you need which is a plus! Everything in the condo is labeled so it is very easy to find anything you may need. As the owners mentioned, the building is under construction from hurricane damage and they start working at around 8:30 am. The building itself looks old but don’t judge a book by its cover, the condo itself is clean. Owners were great to work with and can be reached quickly if needed.

Great location

The condo was very comfortable for two people. The location of the resort and the location of this unit in the building are great. Wonderful view and privacy. The owners are great to work with. The building is old. It’s under construction to repair hurricane damage. They still have a long eay to go.

Daytona Inn condo

Condo was very clean and on the ocean. It would be great for two people, but a very small kitchen and eating area, not enough room for 4 people. The building is very old and is under repair, it is a little dirty and run down on the outside. Getting to the pool or beach was a little walk as you have to go around the construction area.

April 2019 NCA Cheer Competition

Fantastic location with a well stocked utensils and lots of pantry staples. Walkable to the Band Shell and Ocean Center. Quiet unit with a wonderful corner balcony. Bed was comfortable and pull out couch had an extra mattress topper making it comfortable as well.

Loved Our Vacation!

Linda is absolutely wonderful and went out of her way to make sure our stay was enjoyable. The condo itself is very nice, clean, well stocked and has an excellent Ocean View. The location is outstanding with restaurants, bars, boardwalk, etc. all within walking distance. The building is undergoing renovations but it really didn't bother us at all. We had one of the best vacations and would stay again.

Clean and comfortable condo right on the beach!

We had a wonderful vacation. Lots of beach time as well as Daytona Racing. This condo is in the middle of it all. Easy beach access, no parking issues for us and easy walk to many good restaurants, shopping and entertainment. The condo was very clean, comfortable and well stocked. We did a lot of our own cooking as there is a full size refrigerator and stove/oven. The view from the balcony is fantastic. This is an excellent option for the money. Negatives are the "resort" itself. Lots of refurbishing has happened already but there is a lot more work remaining. They were working on the roof when we were there. (Some day time noise but not bad) Unfortunately the walk ways. stairwells and elevator are still quite grungy. There were boiler issues and we had no hot water a few times during our stay. Parking is limited. The pool and area around is great and well maintained but not heated. No one was swimming in February. Sadly there are many homeless in the area. Basically we were very happy with the accommodations and Linda/Steve were both very welcoming and helpful!

We enjoyed our stay. Ocean view was spectacular.

Condo is nice. Building is under reconstruction for hurricane damage. So, first impression was not positive. We questioned safety of the location. But other guests were friendly and we felt safe.

Family Beach Vacation

We had a fabulous time at this condo. It had everything that you needed plus more. Spectacular view of the ocean and pier. You can watch the Saturday night fireworks from the balcony and it is actually a better view than actually being on the crowded pier and watching them. The complex elevator is directly across from the condo door which makes it very convenient. You are within walking distance of the boardwalk, shops, and restaurants. The owners of the condo are very nice and were very accommodating. The outside of the complex is being worked on but it did not effect our stay at all. We are already planning to come back on our next vacation!

Owner very pleasant

Linda was a pleasure to work with. She responded quickly and gave advice for the area. Condo is situated in a good location very close to boardwalk. Whole plaza is under construction, but inside the condo you would never know.

Loved it

The room was great and the owners was wonderful about answering any questions we had about the place. The only thing we didn’t like about the place was that it could have been more pet friendly. We had a hard time finding a place for our pet to do her Business. Other that that the location was great!

Best Condo in Daytona

My wife and I have stayed at this condo 3 times so far. Linda has always been more than accommodating and we have never experienced any issues. Their hospitality is great and their condo has everything you need (full kitchen, instruction book for everything you need, board games for family fun, beach pails and shovels for the kids, and more). The unit is at the top floor and on the end of the building which is great for privacy and views. You can even see the weekend fireworks on the pier from the balcony. Everything is also in walking distance including restaurants, shops and entertainment. This is definitely our home away from home.

Linda and Steve were both quite helpful pleasant. The balcony was all I needed for living the dream.

As others have stated, the outside appearance was a little disconcerting, but after a short while it didnt matter.

Linda was great to work with!

We just returned from 8 nights on Daytona Beach. Linda was wonderful to work with - quick replies, tips on where to eat and things to do - a pleasure. She has worked hard to make her unit like a home away from home including having basic needs such as condiments available. The overall facility does not get as high a mark as Linda. Simply said, the Daytona Inn Beach Resort needs work - damage from past storms has yet to be repaired including 1 of the 2 elevators, concrete work, etc. There is also a lack of attention to detail - both small and large pools were not vacuumed during our stay (and not heated!), sign on street was not illuminated, stairs to beach rarely cleaned, etc. Bottom line - Linda couldn't be an easier to deal with - but the "resort" is tired and needs work...

Beautiful View

Beautiful view of the Ocean. Enjoyed our time at the beach. It was convenient to lay by the pool and then walk along the beach. Condo pet friendly too!

Very Dissappointed in the Daytona Motel in General.

We were very pleased with the condo itself. Linda made us feel very comfortable and was very pleasant to talk to. we didn't lack for anything in the condo itself. we were very disappointed with the appearance of the Daytona Motel itself. we were not told that it was in such a mess and it was poorly maintained. we will not be staying there again because of this . I feel badly about this for Linda. I think they could do more with the appearance for the owners of theses condos. I realize they went through the hurricane last year and we understand that but it wasn't just that it was also the cleanliness of the place itself.

Awesome View with all the comforts of home.

Awesome. We felt at home instantly. Fantastic Beach view. Great kitchen / Bar area and comfortable recliners to watch my games on that giant 65" T.V. at night. We have tried a lot of home / away properties and this is the best ! Linda was easy to work with and took good care of us. Will be back for sure.

Great place!

Their specific unit is very nice. The view is great. The condo as a whole is a little run down, but it looks like they are making improvements on the hurricane damage. It’s in a great spot near the pier and the entertainment of the boardwalk.

Great

The condo was modern and clean. You don't hear your neighbors. Daytona Inns itself, is under renovations right now, so the outside appearance is questionable. The owners of the condo are very nice and very helpful. The condo was well stocked.

Staycation with a view

The condo was well equipped and outfitted for a long term visit. The furnishings were very comfortable, offering a homey feeling instead of a hotel feeling. The full size appliances minimized the trips to the grocery store and restaurants. The balcony offered a million dollar view that greeted us each morning. Steve and Linda's condo is an oasis on the property. Other than Steve and Linda's unit, the overall property was in a state of disrepair/renovation. Parking is very limited and we had to jockey for a parking spot on a few occasions. There does seem to be a large homeless population that makes themselves comfortable on the property. These are issues that need to be addressed by the city and/or property management and of which potential renters should be made aware. Steve and Linda were very accessible, friendly and eager to make our stay enjoyable. In the areas for which they had control, they succeeded nicely.

Fabulous location, great view, nice small kitchen and comfortable bed.

The property is a little dated, but the location and view are amazing. It is comfortable and the air conditioning helped during the hotter, humid times of day. I could not access the wifi as the code would not work on any our three devices. I emailed the owner, but they did not respond. Overall, it was a great choice and we enjoyed our stay.
