The staff was friendly, however the room was TERRIBLE. The bed sheets have dirty stains. There were 3 dead roaches that I had to BUY a broom and cleaning products to CLEAN the room. 2 days later, there was a LIVE roach that I almost stepped on barefoot. I WOULD NOT recommend to stay here again!

Stayed here for biketober fest. It was perfect location close to the main st, easy access. The room was cleaner than expected. The staff was supper friendly even after being hit with the hurricane. Can’t wait till next year!

The rooms were large with 2 queen beds, Had a TV, sofa, table. Beds were comfortable. No Issues at all. Good price for Biktoberfest. Around $90 plus taxes per night

The management and worker's were very professional and courteous. The room was clean the only negative was lighting in the room. Other than that everything was very nice.

Very old establishment but room was refurbished very nice. It was clean too. Needs microwave and refrigerator though. Coffee maker too. The ice machine doesn’t work either.

The guy at the front desk is very rude. There was a lady banging on the door 4 AM. The maid is very kind. Overall terrible experience.

There was no hot water, burn holes in the sheets, tv didn't work, the dead blot on the door didn't work to lock the door.

Nasty

It was dirty it has not been mopped or had clean sheets or had clean towels. It was just disgusting. I found a baby roach in the bed. I would not ever stay there again for what I paid it was ridiculous

Literally had other people’s shoes, dirty socks, leftovers (crumbs and sauce on the bed sheets/blankets/pillows), roach and mouse droppings in my room at the time of check all the time way to when I checked out even after telling them about everything. Plus had the great time of being charged double the price for it. Literally had to drive my child back home 3 hours and then back to the hotel to try to rectify it because I didn’t feel like he could safely sleep there.

By far, the worst place I have ever stayed. There were roaches in the shower, rat's nest in the corner of the ceiling rafters and rat droppings in the floor. Drug deals and prostitutes were common place and they didn't even try to be discreet. People banged on our door at all hours of the day and night. They charged us $1000 for 4 days when they are actually $350 for a week!!!! The "housekeeper" looked like hee just escaped prison. Absolutely disgusting.
