Direct oceanfront 3rd floor 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo w outdoor patio. Sleeps up to 4. Perfect for spending time on the world's most famous Daytona Beach, or the Speedway, home of the famous Daytona 500, just over 8 miles away. Score an awesome meal and drink at any 1 of the great restaurants or beach bars in the area or cook your own dinner at the condo. Grocery store is just across the street. Also, just a short distance from the Daytona Boardwalk, Amusement Park, Pier & Main St.
Bedroom has 2 king size beds. Large TVs in bedroom & living room. Kitchen has tableware, silverware and ample pots/pans/utensils and small appliances (Keurig, micro, large toaster oven, blender).
Coin laundry available on same floor, near the elevators. (No pets / No smoking) (pools not currently open - beach access available on north end of building)

Location was great, condo clean. Pool under construction so a bit of a walk to the pool. Washer and dryer were not up to par.

Typical beach front condo. Some kitchen items provided but bring extra basics (kitchen towel, paper towel, soap). Small cooking area with 2 extra burner cooktop to add to countertop if needed. Pans are slightly warped making hard to heat evenly. Bed comfortable. 2. Chairs on balcony. Neighbors are also rental so people come and go.

The condo was fine with balcony overlooking the Atlantic. The pool area and seawall were in disrepair. Complex needs attention.

The property was as described in the listing. Even though it was a little chilly, the sun shining on the deck and a cup of coffee made for a nice morning. Communication with the owner was easy and responses were very quick. I would stay here again!

My stay started out rocky due to the resort being remodeled and I was unaware that pools and resort amenities being limited. But me and my family made the best of it and enjoyed ourselves. Host was very pleasant and very helpful. I would definitely book when resort is done remodeling.

Our condo was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Views from our balcony were beautiful. The property itself has had a tremendous amount of damage due to the hurricane but is understandable. Would definitely return!
