The space
As you enter the original front door from 1885, you are met with old world charm and pleasing modern updates with fresh paint, brand-new high-end furnishings and fun art work that will teach you all about the amazing inventions that happened right in Dayton Ohio... see if you can find all 8 pieces throughout the home!
With natural light streaming into the living room, you'll see the original fireplace, a new couch with dual recliners, a cozy reading corner as well as a brand new 55" TV with premium cable and high speed internet. Open the TV console to find board games for all to enjoy; or relax with a soft throw blanket and watch your favorite movie.
The dining room includes a cute table with place to eat or work, two comfy chairs to sit and read that juicy novel as well as a place to mark "where in the world" you are from!
Walking through the dining room, you will see a newly remodeled eat-in kitchen featuring granite countertops, a brand new cooktop/oven as well as dishwasher and fridge. You'll appreciate the large built-in pantry with modern kitchen amenities and places to store your food.
