Refund Window Compliance (e.g., 14+ days prior to check-in): Guests will receive a refund of the booking cost minus the mandatory 10% fee.
Outside Refund Window: The standard cancellation policy selected at the time of booking will be strictly applied.

Check-In and Check-Out Flexibility
Early check-in may be available depending on the cleaning schedule. Guests may request arrival 1–2 hours early at no additional charge. For arrivals more than two hours early, a $75 early check-in fee applies.
Late check-out requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. Unauthorized checkouts after 10:00 AM will incur a $75 late checkout fee.
Pet Policy
Dogs are welcome. A $150 pet fee applies per stay for one dog. Additional dogs may incur extra charges. Cats are not permitted due to severe owner allergies.
Reservations of 30+ nights require a signed lease agreement and security deposit, refundable per lease terms and subject to deductions for damages or excessive utilities.
