Very old and beaten up property. Staff was nice and pillows were great. The bed seemed clean as did the toilet. However, when I opened the curtain I found a cookie and other food. The tub/ shower needs major refreshing.

Had to change rooms twice before getting something remotely decent. Entire building reeks. Run down and in desperate needs of maintenance and upgrades and cleaning. Staff was at least decent to work with, that’s about the only good thing

Do not be fooled by the photos online! They are not of this hotel. This place is rundown and dirty on the outside. The room was clean but the rug around the air conditioner was very wet. I do not recommend staying here.

Almost none of the pictures of the interior are accurate or up to date. Needs lots of work to be a return trip for us. The staff seemed to be doing a decent job for what they had to work with. Gym was out of order,ice machine out of order,hot tub empty and caution taped. The pool was one thing that was working..Overall property condition average to poor at best.

There was blood spots and dog urine on the bed sheets!! The chair was filthy, there was something in between the couch cushions I don’t even know what it was cause I didn’t want to touch it. There was black mold in the shower, the shower floor was gray with dirt. There was disgusting garbage piled up at the building entrance. This place was absolutely gross!! Front desk staff didn’t seem to care. I checked out moments after check in, returned the keys and showed them the pictures I took. Expedia is refusing to refund my booking without the “approval” of the property and of course the property is not responding. I will never stay at any Choice Hotel and I will not be booking travel anymore with Expedia!! Travelers beware!!! Expedia cannot be trusted and does not have your best interest.

This place is not as advertised! No Jacuzzi! No elevator! So imagine logging your stuff all the way up to the second floor! No air-conditioning in the main common area, where they require you to eat the breakfast! No paper plates for the breakfast! And I found a huge spider and a roach in my room! Not only that the rooms are so dusty I caught a cold!

We booked this property because it was affordable and the room exceeded our expectations, it was spacious, clean, beds well made and comfortable, shower and bathroom very clean! The hallways were not the most attractive but don’t let that spoil the beautiful indoor pool and tables area and the spacious nice clean rooms, we enjoyed our stay and the price is right! Also, the gentleman that checked us in, “Nicky” explained how to easily get to our room (it’s a huge hotel) and gave me directions and hours for food and coffee, he was right on and very pleasant even though it was late. Thanks, Nicky!

This was by far one of the WORST experiences I have ever had staying in a hotel. The room smelled of smoke, the sheets had cigarette burns, and there were bugs crawling over the bed and walls. The bathroom also had black mold growing in the corners of the shower. We immediately tried to cancel our room, and the front desk person told me no and claimed there was nothing he could do to help us out. He was rude. Awful experience. Do not stay here. It looks nothing like the pictures

Halls and steps poorly maintained. Asked for 2 pillows, never received. The two small pillows in the rooms were horrible. The rooms was pretty decent having probably been recently somewhat redone. Enough parking.
