"Room was clean and spacious, blankets and bed comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and had a big variety- eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, cinnamon rolls, biscuits and gravy, plus all the regular stuff like cereal/fruit/yogurt and waffles and breads. Coffee had a plethora of choices for creams. The laundry was quick and efficient, an hour and fifteen minutes and it was done with both wash and dry. This was my favorite hotel from the whole trip we did across the country. 10/10 would recommend."

"The hotel as a whole was not updated/maintained enough for the asking price of the room. The bathroom looked like a kid built it. Tiles lifted off of floor, shower had holes and marks all in it. Breakfast was also subpar.. things were not turned on in time to be ready for breakfast,. options were minimal at best, I've always stayed at Holiday Inns, and this unfortunately was the worst one I have stayed in. On a better note, the staff was AMAZING!!!"

"Front desk staff was AMAZING!! Very welcoming and accommodating A++. Room was nice, well appointed, however we found a huge clump of someone’s hair on the desk chair and some shredded cheese. I let the front desk know and they offered to move us to another room. We were fine where we were, already ready for bed. The front desk staff broiled us up free breakfast vouchers which was very nice. $30.52 for valet parking for less than 12 hrs is ridiculous. Our waitress for breakfast was by far the best part of our stay! She was delighted to help up, very attentive and friendly! She needs a raise! You want to keep the front desk staff and that waitress, you don’t find quality like that everywhere and train the housekeeping crew a little better!"
