「Lovely spacious lodge which is decorated and furnished to a high standard. Pleasant to sit on patio and enjoy the views. The holiday park is large and if you or any one in your group has mobility issues a car is a must - there is a steep slope/hill leading to treetops. The lodge is located in a quiet area of the park. Owners Adria and Steve next door and available if needed. Lovely location to explore Devon :)」

「This house proved to be an idea l place to spend a few days with grandparents, children and grandchildren. The facilities were fantastic and allowed us to enjoy our holiday despite very poor weather. The warm enclosed swimming pool enabled the grand children to improved their swimming skills and the movie screen and projector allowed the adults to catch up on some movies. I hope we get chance to return before long.」

「Inclement and changeable weather is a fact of life for the winter months, but in my little aerie overlooking the sea I was cozy and content. With a longer stay that included days of spectacular sunshine and beautiful rainbows I was able to settle in inside a perfectly laid out apt with the ocean steps away. 「A lovely property in a lovely location. In the countryside but a short drive to all of the local attractions. Stayed for a long weekend and would definitely return. The garden gets good sunshine and is mostly fake grass so doesn't get muddy if it rains. The cottage was clean and well equipped. The walk in shower cubicle is in a small ensuite but there's an over bath shower in the bigger main bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped and there were tea bags and coffee pods already there for us.」

「We stayed at Wisteria Cottage for 6 days in April 2024 and can only recommend this cottage: it was very clean and all the necessary things for daily use are available. The location in Topsham is great as you can walk to many restaurants and pubs. The cottage is right on the High Street but we didn't find the traffic disturbing. In short, we would come back at any time.」

「Well equipped one bedroom barn conversion in a secluded location. This was a real find and the ideal place for us to stay with our two dogs. This is a great base for exploring the local area. The hosts, Margaret, Ron and Sue were very friendly and the welcome goodies were much appreciated. This is probably the best self catering accommodation that we have stayed in. We would certainly return here if we are in the area. Thank you all」

「Our stay was amazing. Judith , Julian and family were above and beyond. Our Grandsons had a wonderful time on the farm 🚜 we had a tour, bringing the cows in from the field , to watching them being milked, then to feed two new baby calves , and to end it with a tractor 🚜 ride 😀. The accommodation is very clean, and the boys loved living upside down lol 😆. The countryside is beyond words, stunning . I would recommend this 100% we shall definitely go again. Thankyou」

「Sonachon house is now under new owners Leanne and Aaron. They were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with full English, cereals, toast, and yoghurt on offer. They also provide some towels for the beach as well as free loan of bucket and spades.There is a spacious communal lounge which was really nice to relax in over a cup of coffee. 「This cottage is one of the best equipped holiday homes we have stayed in. It was a comfortable home from home. 「We had a most enjoyable stay at the Hayloft over the Christmas holiday. 「Overall we enjoyed our stay but there was a few things that took the edge off a perfect break. The shower in the en-suite bedroom leaked through the kitchen ceiling so we couldn’t use it which meant that nine of us had to use the one other shower! The French door/window in the lounge was difficult to open & close and the rain came in at the bottom right side and the carpet got wet and we couldn’t open the bi fold doors in the dining area. The cutlery wasn’t very clean so we had to wash it all...

「Stayed here afew times as its in a great location . The hotel , including the rooms are always clean & tidy . Beds are very comfortable with a range of pillows . Two downsides to staying here, the lack of hotel parking & the breakfast can be a bit hit or miss, especially when the hotels really busy . Definitely not worth the price they charge £16 , unless you manage to get a deal ! 」
