Definitely worth a visit!

I had a brief stay at the Blenheim because I was travelling for work. I found it to be tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean . The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice - served by friendly helpful staff. I knew that I wasn't getting a sea view room , and other visitor reviews suggested that certain rooms were affected by traffic noise- however I slept well and didn't find any traffic noise an issue. The en-suite shower/toilet facilities were quite small so a bigger shower would have been better. I would definitely return to the Blenheim if travelling that way again- so I would recommend staying there and enjoy every minute.

Great room with fantastic sea views, bathroom a little small but perfectly formed. Only issue was noisy shower next door, bit didn't impact our stay

Brief overnight stay

A brief overnight with an early start. ‘Check in’ was unattended with a code to access and I was gone before breakfast so never met anyone. The room was compact, clean and comfortable.

Great view, great room, great breakfast, tiny bathroom. If you're staying in Dawlish this has location and comfort going for it. The staff had adapted to covid 19 precautions and provided excellent service. The onlt drawback is washroom was tiny

Very efficient and very organised re Covid. Sanitisers at entrance, and on every landing. Breakfast, once ordered, was brought to your table - no self service. Tables and chairs sanitised after table vacated. Only disappointment was the very small en-suite in the Nest bedroom on the 2nd floor otherwise very good.

We had a wonderful stay at The Blenheim. The hotel was amazingly clean and the hospitality and breakfast was wonderful. Will definitely stay here again, it really made our holiday complete.

Clean, comfortable and welcoming.

Excellent service, comfortable, clean and well prepared room. Room was well equipped with kitchenette including microwave oven, kettle, toaster and mini oven with two hot plates. Cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery all included. Room had twin aspect views with a narrow balcony with chairs overlooking the railway line and sea wall, which was undergoing reconstruction following storm damage. Ear plugs had been provided by the hotel but were not used and the trains (frequent by day and occasional overnight) did not trouble us. The room was large and welcoming. The en-suite with shower was bijou but functional though the shower controls took a little getting used to! Good choices and well presented breakfast served in dining room or hotel room helped to confirm that we would be happy to return or recommend the hotel to others.

Don't Be Fooled this place is Spot on!

We booked to have a break and a surprise - great place, welcome everything we could have wished for excellent breakfast - will return Great location for the train help with exploring the coast.
