A unique and quirky boutique railway carriage renovated to a high standard and in a perfect location for exploring Dawlish Warren beach. With 3 bedrooms, 1 double and 2 twin beds. Shower. Separate W.C.. open-plan living space with TV, kitchen area with microwave and dishwasher. Communal sitting-out area with garden furniture. No pets.. Situated in the Blue Flag seaside resort of Dawlish Warren, the park is the closest accommodation to the beach in the area. The MK1 railway carriages date from the 1950’s and 1960’s and have recently been superbly renovated into desirable, boutique accommodation. Each carriage has three bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, flat screen TV’s and even heated flooring to be enjoyed during the cooler months..
