The apartment is on the 4th Floor of an apartment building with elevator.
There is a flat-screen TV with many digital channels and a radio with CD player, and of course free WiFi!

The house has its own indoor pool (12.5mx 6m) with sauna and relaxation room (the swimming pool and sauna area is closed in the off-season, from around the end of October to the end of November and one week after Easter to the beginning of June). The anteroom was completely redesigned in 2017: new changing area, 4 new shower cubicles etc. There is a large leisure room in the house with 2 table tennis tables, ski room and ski boot room (heated), bicycle storage, parking space in the underground garage (height: 1.95 m, track width of the parking rail: 1.84 m), for larger cars: outdoor parking spaces (cannot to be reserved in advance), top location: near Parsennbahn and Dorf train station, approx. 100m to the free bus in all directions, 5-8 minutes to the cross-country ski run, children's ski school and sledge slope, shopping facilities can be reached on foot in a few minutes, pets allowed.

The contrasts between city and country are nowhere more present in Switzerland than in Davos. In a few minutes you are from the center in another world. There, 700 kilometers of marked hiking, themed and panoramic trails run through animal-rich forests, unforgettable mountain landscapes and wild, romantic valleys. A stay in Davos is suitable for the leisurely stroller, the sporty and sociable hiker up to the ambitious alpinist.

Apartment is great, a lot of space. We enjoyed with our two children. Houstlady was very nice, helpful. Apartment is very clean and there is everything that you might need, fully equipt. Best choice till now at Davos.

Great apartment in Davos

This is a great apartment for excursions in Davos. Close to the bus and train station Davos Dorf, Davos lake and the Parsennbahn, it is ideally placed for exploring Davos and its surrounding area. The apartment is well appointed, and the kitchen is exceptionally well equipped. From the moment we booked, the proprietor was in touch with us, always helpful and responsive to questions, which made settling into the apartment very easy. Having an indoor pool was a great plus for us. A well-stocked supermarket was 5 min away, other shops easily accesible by bus (free bus rides within Davos city limit included in the guest pass). The WiFi in the apartment is very good and allowed for remote working. This is a super place to stay in, highly recommended.

Sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung

Uns hat es in der Wohnung an nichts gefehlt. Auch für unser 9 monatiges Kind war sehr viel Equipment in der Wohnung vorhanden. Die Lage am See ist Ideal für schöne Spaziergänge mit der ganzen Familie. Zudem hält der Bus quasi vor der Haustüre, was ebenfalls sehr praktisch ist.

Tolle Skiferien verbracht!

Wir haben eine super Woche verbringen dürfen, danke! Schöne und sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung, ausreichend gross für vier Personen (zwei Klappbetter in der Stube). Lage in der Nähe der Parsennbahn (zu Fuss in ca. 6-8 Minuten erreichbar). Auch das hauseigene Schwimmbad, Sauna und Tischtennisraum sind eine tolle Ergänzung zum Schneealltag. haben es sehr genossen!

Wir verbrachten eine fantastische Winterwoche in dieser Wohnung. Es fehlte an nichts und wir waren rundum zufrieden. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und die Betten waren sehr bequem. Auch die Schlüsselübergabe verlief äussert freundliche und der Herr war sehr hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank, wir kommen wieder.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt!

Wir hatten ein paar wunderschöne Tage, sehr unkomplizierte Abwicklung und vorallem sehr freundlicher Kontakt zur Vermieterin. In der Wohnung fehlte es an Nichts, sehr gut ausgestattet. Raclette- und Fondue Set auch inklusive. Im Haus auch freundlicher Kontakt zu allen anderen Gästen, keine Probleme mit der Zeitabsprache von Nutzung der Sauna und Schwimmbad. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Perfekte Wohnung in guter Lage

In der Wohnung gibt es alles, was man braucht. Die Lage ist hervorragend. Nähe zum See, zu den Loipen und den Bergbahnen (Parsen-Skigebiet) ist kaum zu überbieten. Bushaltestelle liegt quasi vor der Haustür. Vermieter sehr freundlich, entgegenkommend und zuvorkommend.

Wir haben sehr gerne in dieser schönen Wohnung gewohnt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Das Sofa und die Betten sind sehr bequem und Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren sauber und weich. Warum einem Gast vorher Bettwäsche und Handtücher bemängelt hat, können wir nicht nachvollziehen. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Sauna und das Schwimmbad! Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Davos- DANKE

Wunderbare Wohnung!

Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an zu Hause gefühlt! Alles hat prima geklappt, vom Mietvertrag bis zur Schlüsselübergabe. Der freundliche Wohnungsbetreuer hat uns das Haus gezeigt, Garage, Schwimmbad, Tischtennisraum... Die Wohnung ist klasse, viel Platz für uns 4 Personen. Alles ist da, die Küche super ausgestattet! WLAN einwandfrei! Und Davos ist ja sowieso toll, das Skigebiet riesig... Wir waren bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal in dieser Wohnung! Vielen Dank!

Ein sehr schöner Wintersportort, der alles an Möglichkeiten bietet, was es an Sport gibt.

Die Ferienwohnung hat eine sehr gute, relativ zentrale Lage mit direkter Busverbindung. Sie ist top ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir sind mit 4 Erwachsenen mit viel Sportgepäck gereist und es gibt für alles einen Platz. Auch die Ausstattung an Geschirr, technischen Geräten und an für die Gemütlichkeit und den Wohlfühlfaktor notwendigen Dingen ist gut. Wir kommen immer wieder gern und genießen die Zeit hier.

Ankommen und zuhause fühlen

Eine rundum gemütliche Wohnung. Alles ist prima in Schuss und es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Weihnachtlich geschmückt empfing uns die Wohnung. Die Lage zur Parsennbahn und die Nähe zum See sind ideal. Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in zentraler Lage

Fantastisch und einladend

Die Ferienwohnungen sind gemütlich und warm eingerichtet. Alles ist vorhanden um den Gästen den Aufenthalt komfortabel und die Freizeit attraktiv zu gestalten. Wir gehören inzwischen zu Fam. Bruchmanns Stammgästen und verbringen unsere Sommerferien seit vielen Jahren in Davos. Der Ferienort Davos sowie Frau Bruchmanns Wohnungen können wir nur weiterempfehlen. A. Eine Wohnung mit allem Drum und Dran!

Diese Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Mit allen Extras ausgestattet, Raclette- gerät, Espressomaschine, Küchenrolle, Duschgel ...usw.! Ein großes Plus im Haus ist das Schwimmbad und die Sauna , ebenfalls der Skikeller und Skischuhraum. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Danke an die Vermieterin für die vielen Tipps im Voraus!
