"The bathtub was rusted, room was dusty, parking garage elevator was broken and apparently has been for a long time so you have to walk down the stairs if you need to park on the upper levels. Parts of the hotel did not have ventilation so there was no a/c blowing in the middle of summer ."

"The outside doors won’t let you in- all the key pads don’t work…as in only the front door lets you into the motel. The beds are hard, the pillows are fluffy, but drown you when you lay on them. AC struggles to keep up and the room never hit 73. The pool was great. Plenty of parking in the back and on the sides, but you’re gonna have to hoof it to the front door to get in. Elevator is slow. I won’t be back, even though it met my cleanliness requirements."

"Everything was okay except our blow dryer didn’t work and what sense does it make to open the pool at 10am if checkout if it 11am. That is totally ridiculous and unfair. You should consider all sides and possibly move the swim time up to 8am or 9am."

"The room was filthy and was not cleaned the entire three days we stayed there. The pillows and bed sheets were stained. We had two bath towels and two hand towels that were not renewed until we called and asked for more. The area in front of the air conditioner was wet. On the positive side, it was quiet on our floor and all of the amenities worked. We went to eat at the Sportsman's Paradise on the first night and waited over forty minutes for our order to arrive even though there seemed to be...

"The gentleman that greeted us was friendly and efficient. The room was very spacious and included a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, and kitchenware. We only used the refrigerator, which was clean and working well. The room itself was a little dated and needed some minor maintenance including a loose toilet seat and showerhead replacement. The bathroom is large, but towels are a good 4 feet from the shower with no nearby hooks, which is inconvenient. Breakfast was adequate."

"The property is undergoing a lot of changes which will be great once finished. Due to this, some things like gym are unavailable. Our room was amazing, handicap accessible. Good shower and easy to get in. Breakfast was good. We’d stay again."
