"This was our first visit to Vancouver, a lovely city. We found the hotel a little dirty around the edges, especially the lobby and hallways. We recommend staying off Granville Street one or two blocks east or west, where the streets are tree-lined and lovely in ways for which Vancouver is known."

"It is an unexpected 1960s style motel in a great location for restaurants and sight seeing; EXCEPT for one thing- across from a hospital and ambulance noise at night annoying. Wear earplugs! Very clean and wonderful staff."

"Vehicle was broken into during the day while parked at the hotel even though it’s a ‘secure’ closed gate parking. Was told I would not be charged for parking because of this and was almost charged at checkout until I noticed it. Wall AC unit was extremely loud at night. Bathroom sink, even though ‘newly renovated’ was two small for two guest and did not drain properly over two days. Avoid staying here with all the other options available in the area. "

"My mom & I stayed here for 3 nights & loved our stay! The hotel is in a great location & the staff is very friendly & super helpful! There is always water, a well stocked vending machine, & a coffee machine downstairs in the lobby, plus the best in-room coffee maker I’ve ever had. 10/10 would recommend, & I plan to stay here again myself when I can make it back to Vancouver! "
