The staff is very nice and friendly. The food was great. The 2 queen rooms we stayed in was very clean and beds were soft and linens and towels were white as snow. The comforter and pillows felt as if they were new. The air conditioning was super cold. The wifi was excellent speed. The cable tv was good, it had alot of American tv channels. The room service delivered in 30 minutes. In our first room the electricity stopped working as if a breaker went bad, without any hesitation they put us in another room and helped carry our stuff. There is a 7 eleven next door and the street food at night is 15 minute walk. I would definitely recommend and stay there every visit.

Location was good, walking distance (5mins) to Roxas Night Market and ADDU. I requested for a large single bed and got it, it was exquisitely comfortable. Toilet was big except that it needs more scrubbing, it's still clean for a budget hotel standard. Amenities are complete, there was even a robe, mini-bar, and iron plus lots of hangers. Place is beyond average for a standard hotel. Unfortunately I wasn't able to avail of the complimentary breakfast as there were technical issues on Expedias end, I got a refund for it though.

The room is just fine for 2 person. Beds on twin bedroom are too small for a big guy or a tall guy like me. Curtains don't provide total darkness like what they advertise otherwise you will get a good sleep even when the sun is up. There were noise coming from the pipeline in the bathroom and it will disturb your sleep, you need to turn off the main switch for it to keep silent. Restaurant takes too long to serve food so order it in advance. Overall, it was a satisfying staycation.

Comfortable beds.

Bed is very comfortable, AC unit is a bit old and beat up, but of the split type, so quiet. Good hot water unit in the shower. TV is flat screen type and works okay, good cable channels. I didn't eat in the restaurant but the room service is available and was okay. Pretty good wifi.

The price was good. The resteraunt was delicious. The room was dirty. The toilet seat had not been cleaned. There were blood red stains on the sheets. The hotel listed itself as an airport hotel but it was far and the cost for a shuttle seemed less than reasonable.

隣に、薬局、セブンイレブン、日本食堂があり、大変便利でした。 この旅で初めてお湯シャワーが使え、テレビも衛生でアジアカップも観れました。 冷蔵庫も、電気ポットも使え満足です。 ただ、水回りがもろく、蛇口ももろいです。

Very Accommodating

I enjoyed my second stay at Tinhat with my family. It was a pleasant experience. The hotel staffs were very helpful and friendly. They provided good service in maintaining the cleanliness of the room. The hotel food was extraordinary. I will definitely recommend Tinhat to my friends.

愛煙家にはオアシスのホテル

ビールとタバコが好きな私にはいいホテルでした。 こちらにお世話になる前は別のホテルに滞在したんですがタバコが吸えずホテルの敷地外のスペースで隠れて吸ってました。 しかしここには4階にタバコスペースがあり部屋も4階だったので助かりました。 エレベーターが無いのが大変でしたが、、、 冷蔵庫が部屋に付いており隣のセブンイレブンで買い込み冷たいビールが飲めました。 しかし初日の冷蔵庫があまり冷えなくって夜中になって気付きましてフロントに伝えたところすぐに交換してもらえました。 ベットは清潔ふかふかで心地よく眠れました。 4階から1階のレストランを使うのがめんどくさかったのでルームサービスを毎回利用させてもらい楽をさせてもらいました。 少し古さを感じるホテルですがスタッフの対応も良く2泊の予定を4泊にさせてもらいました。

This is my second stay and I must say that they are now more attentive to my needs, e.g. transportation. My first sat was a disappointment as no help was extended by the personnel when I requested for a taxi. Perhaps they were just busy with the other guests at that time. This one however was different. The front desk was very accommodating. Room was great and so is their food. Plus, the guard readily requested for a taxi upon checking out. Keep it up!

There is no question that the Hotel has no bathroom vent when the hotel was built, therefore the sewer smell backs up into the room. When I blocked all the drains in the bathroom the sewer smell was gone. To be sure if it were not for the sewer smell the room would have been excellent in all respects as was the hotel and restaurant. I would stay there again, bringing 3 rubber pads to block the three drains in the bathroom.

You get what you pay for

I liked it there but I know not everyone will. They have a good smoking area on the rooftop. The restaurant next door served decent food for breakfast, lunch and dinner! The location was ok as there's a 711 next door and a laundry shop! It's pretty close to San Pedro church and the night market. Pedicabs are right out front... Jeepney's and taxis always drive by since the hotel is on a main road. The room was pretty good. Great wifi, tv channels were always clear! The only complaint was a clogged up or a slow draining sink in the bathroom!

Two star - so set your expectations

It is a two star hotel so set your expectations accordingly. The price is right for what i needed, but no maid service for the 3 days so i had to use the same towel and they charge for the mini-bar which only had coffee, water and some juices. I think it should have been a free coffee.

It was a nice hotel that could have been better if the wifi worked better. It is central to most things and very tidy.

Example of the service: I asked for a face towel, and was given what was essentially a rag, which ripped the first time I tried to use it. Food wasn't very good. It was cheap, so you get what you pay for.

what i liked about the hotel: 1. Bed, pillows, sheets 2. Refrigerator in the room 3. Flat iron and ironing board in the room 4. Room rates with compli breakfast 5. Very polite and accommodating staff 6. Bathroom has toilet bidet spray 7. Bathroom has water heater What i did not like: 1. Bathroom shower drain hole- kinda weird drain hole...it's outside the shower enclosure 2. Parking-street parking 3. WiFi connection-weak connection. I stayed on the 2nd floor. 4. Too few lights... i think the room could use another bulb near the closet
