"Séjour du 10 au 17 Aout 2024 Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette villa de plein pied, totalement conforme aux photos. Confort optimal et propreté sont au rendez-vous. Rien ne manque, tout est prevu. "Séjour bien agréable dans un cadre calme, très arboré et avec une belle vue sur le lac. La piscine est top et la maison a tout ce qu’il faut, même si elle gagnerait à être un peu mieux entretenue (ménage et équipements)."

"Le propriétaire ne nous a pas donné le code de la boîte a clé, par chance nous l'avons deviné (oui, oui, cest improbable). Le jacuzzi était indiponible et il n'y avait pas de lave linge, contrairement au descriptif de l'annonce, qui a ete modifiée aprés nos reclamations... La piscine était impraticable pendant 3 jours, et le propriétaire etait plus pressé d'encaisser le supplément de 80 euros pour les draps que de traiter la piscine. Bref, un propriétaire qui ne cherche qu'à encaisser l'argent,...

"We thoroughly recommend La Taillade, having just spent a most enjoyable fortnight there. The house is very handsome, offering complete rural privacy at the end of a driveway through sunflower fields. The views beyond the house over the valley below are gorgeous. Both kids and adults happily hung out in the lovely saltwater pool and the hot tub, where the terraces have been generously equipped for lounging in comfort. "Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour dans cette maison. Elle est spacieuse (nous étions 9), confortable, calme et propre. La terrasse et piscine sont très agréable aussi et l’accueil chaleureux. Le village de St Martin est magnifique et très bien situé. Il y a aussi un excellent restaurant à deux pas que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Nous reviendrons ! "

"The place we stayed in was absolutely spot-on. Everything that it said on the VERBO web site was correct. Everything in the gite function correctly.The place was comfortable and clean and the location was perfect, Quiet in the French country side in amongst orchards and vineyards. "Sadly the pool was is need of substantial repair. The cracked slabs and crumbling cement around the pool was dangerous for bare feet and attracted wasps to nest. Not ideal for young children and babies. There was a constant bad smell in the kitchen due to drainage problems in the area of the sink. The setting is idyllic and very peaceful in amongst the forest but we got bitten alive with all the woodland mosquitoes."

Les hôtes nous ont accueilli chaleureusement, très sympathiques et discrets. Ce gîte est d'un grand confort et idéal pour se réunir en famille ou entre amis."

"I stayed here for 6 nights for a conference in July 2025 and found it clean, comfortable, quiet and very reasonably priced. I liked the option of making breakfast for myself or preparing a simple meal (the kitchenette is pretty basic but has a fridge, microwave, hot plates, a coffee machine (attention, you can't buy the pods in the supermarket but they sell them in the lobby) and basic equipment - no bowls for cereal though, I imagine had I asked I could have borrowed some from the breakfast room). There is a 13€90 breakfast option which I didn't have but nice to have the option. I appreciated the water fountain in the lobby on hot days. Reception was always very pleasant and helpful. I'll hopefully be back another time!"

"The hotel is an old fashioned motel style low rise block with room doors giving into the car park, a grassed area or a walkway. It was very clean, the air con worked well, the bed was comfortable, the shower was decent and it was very quiet. The manager gave us a room giving onto a grassy area in the shade as he knew we were travelling with a dog. In the evening we popped into his bar area and were served decent wine. We decided to stay for dinner which was simple home style french cooking, served quickly. Decent portions, very good service. The hotel is in a light industrial area some distance from the town centre. It could do with some renovation/updating but the manager is making it a very nice place to stay due to cleanliness and excellent swrvice"

"The hotel was clean and very comfortable. Our room was very large and the air conditioning was perfect. The front desk staff were welcoming and very friendly. We also enjoyed the exercise room on property and the location of the property. It was close to the highway as well as to the center of town. We were able to walk to coffee shops and restaurants. We would definitely reccomend this hotel!"
