"The property was very dirty and had a horrible beds and did mot have enough blankets and pillows for party of 4 ( our family ) I would not recommend this place to anyone that I know . "

There is also no closet (only an open "wardrobe" in a kind of storage room), there is only one small side table, only one bedside table and generally no bedside lamps, no hairdryer in the bathroom. "Great place to base your stay good facilities the shop and restaurant are excellent the only point i would mention is that i missed the online menu for towels and did not take any so had to pay for towel it seems strange that they are not supplied when a charge for bed linnen is included in chalet rate"

"I had a fantastic stay at the bungalow near the Bosland nature reserve! The location is serene, surrounded by nature, and perfect for a family getaway, The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, The terrace was a lovely spot to relax in the evening, Highly recommend!"

"All about was good and the booking was was automatically easy. Bed was fine and the room good clean. But we have to clean for us selve at the end although we have to pay for the finish clean. In the kitchen have all importen kitchen tool, but sadly no oil and spices. Also no soap fo the bathroom. So the have to buy it and we have let it there, in hope the next gust may can use that. So as a result all in one was perfect, all Standard thinks there but no on top thinks. "

" The hotel is in an elegant building immediately opposite the train station in Leuven and a good 10 minute walk down the main avenue to the historic and interesting centre The room was fine - clean and tidy but, in my case had no views with the one bedroom window looking out onto a shaft (popular with pigeons, though they were not a disturbance and I had a good night's sleep!) Breakfast was included in my rate and was an excellent buffet with hot and cold food, pastries and fresh fruit all on offer "

"We visited from Canada and the staff indicated that it is unusual to have Canadian visitors at the resort. We felt a little like celebrities! We had a wonderful stay! The waterslides were SO MUCH FUN and our hotel room was great… It even had a mini fridge and a balcony! The supper buffet is worth the price (steak! Chocolate mousse!) and the breakfast buffet is AMAZING! Pro tip: try a little Brie on a slice of the thick cut bacon! 10/10 would recommend to a friend! We will be back again for sure!"
