This impeccably styled and spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhouse is located just 2 Minutes from Darwin CBD and the Waterfront Precinct.

Walking distance to the cafes & shops at the Frances Bay Village, including the award winning Frying Nemo Fish n Chippery.

This is a residential neighbourhood that surrounds the Marina.

Guests will have access to the whole property, excluding the storeroom

Easy check in with details for the keys, nice quiet location in the marina and close to frying nemo resturant for a relaxed seafood meal and a few drinks. Not too far out of the cbd and Ubers are readily available anyway.The layout of the house us great and the main bedroom and ensuite with spa was awesome.
