「A lovely guest house , our twin room was up in the attic with some limited headroom, but we knew this at time of booking Room was lovely and clean with comfortable beds, en suite shower and nice fluffy towels, plus basic toiletries and tea/ coffee making facilities Jonathan was very attentive and helpful, the included breakfast was very nice and generous, more than we needed A great stop over for my daughter and I on our south west coast walk」

「The room was clean, shower very powerful, needs a non slip tray, which I have suggested to the team. Bar very well stocked, although the day I arrived they had run out of sherry. I only dined on the first day, very good, pub style food, if a trifle expensive as compared to say the Exeter Inn in Modbury. Breakfast was good, service fine, staff friendly and efficient. 」
