"The bedsheets and covers were dirty and had hair on them. They did not change the sheets and covers. I felt itchy skin when I woke up. In addition, the door to the room was broken from the lock and the door could not be locked. It looks like it was broken by a theft. The place is not safe and not comfortable. I strongly advise you to look for another place."

"We spent three nights at this wonderful hotel when we traveled to Jordan from US. The Cliff Hotel locates exactly in central downtown so that almost all taxi drivers know where the hotel is. The owner and staffs are absolutely honest and friendly. They provided daily tour for us to Madaba, Mount Nebo, and Dead Sea. "The location is amazing I loved it, perfect location to nearby attractions and also plenty of aesthetic cafes nearby aswell as a mini mart. The receptionist Mustafa was also amazing and helped us immediately with any needs. However, please be aware they don't replace towels or beddings and you need to buy your own toilet paper, washing up liquid, laundry detergent and bin bags etc. The kitchen utensils were lacking also there was no mugs.
