"First room was too hot as they don’t have working ac but was moved to a different room and was great Spa is very nice and if you pay for the extra club level you get free drinks and snacks make sure you talk to Herman he is a legend "

"I was upgraded to a suite, which was a stunning room, with large windows overlooking the street and high ceilings. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom had excellent water pressure. I appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the complimentary small bottles of water, chocolates at night and the next day's weather written out on a card."

"The whole experience was positive from a warm reception and voucher for a drink at the bar . Our room was also upgraded to a spacious nicely designed room on the top floor . The buffet breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice . The thermal facilities were very good and kept spotlessly clean . Excellent public transport connections by bus in behind the hotel to the city’s metro network . Will return to this hotel in next visit to Budapest . "
