「This was a perfect stay for us. My in-laws are minutes away down Post Rd and Tyler’s property was space for us to land as a family, while also doing the extended family activities over New Years. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog and the location was quiet. Bonus, we had gorgeous fresh snow on New Years morning. I would absolutely recommend this place and hope to rent again. 」

「The house was spotless. What I really appreciate it was they had all the cooking utensils I needed for a meal we planned with friends. I brought my home but did not need it this time. The people were wonderful during check-in and checkout. The view of the the river pond was fantastic. The use of the Hot Tub was easy and was fully cleaned and spotless. Thank you very much for a great stay.」

「This was the worst experience we’ve ever had. We wrote the host several times on to get the check in instructions and they went unanswered. We arrived at 4pm as we said we would- and still had no instructions and no reply from the host. We had our entire Thanksgiving dinner in the car along with food for the two nights. We ended up having to throw most of it away. Finally the host emailed us at 7pm- we had children with us who needed to eat- and spent 600 on dinner when we had been...
