"The house was clean and had decent supplies. The backyard was pretty overgrown. There were plants growing up between the boards of the deck. It was a quiet neighborhood with easy access to ammenities."

"Check-in was easy, especially because Nicholas, the property owner was at the property. Kitchen area was spacious and clean. This was advertised as a “bedroom suite in a shared house”, which was entirely accurate. The bedroom suite included a nice bedroom with queen bed, a small anteroom, a large bathroom with two sinks , a big shower, and two very large walk-in closets. The suite had a key lock plus deadbolt. The “shared house” part was just that. There were other residents there, most or all long-term (medical students; other young adults). I wasn’t quite expecting this, despite the truth in advertising, but it was fine. The house was quiet and we saw very little of the other residents. The neighborhood is new and a good family area. Less than a mile away is a beautiful little park with a big hill and several looping trails; also a pond people can fish in. The town of Fortville is a very easy drive—like 5 minutes—and this town is really nice, with several good places to eat, easy angle parking on the Main Street. We had plenty of privacy in spite of the “shared house” situation. If you don’t mind that aspect, this is a great place."
