"The place was nice, easy to get to located right on the main drive and just a short bit from The Island. Parking was never an issue. Breakfast was across the street and we did not partake in that. I also have to say that this was the easiest check in I have ever had. No asking us for a credit card to be put on file. Just name, ID and they handed up a big envelope with coupons, WIFI info, local info and hotel info. Very nice will stay again. "

"Great for families. Breakfast was wonderful. Clean rooms. Close to main attractions. Free parking. Perfect place to stay in Gatlinburg to enjoy downtown Gatlinburg and the Smoky Mountains and still have more relaxing and fun things to do at the hotel, such as dipping in the hot tub and keeping warm at the fire pit. "

"Slow season, very inexpensive rates to sit on a balcony above a lazy River!! The staff was excellent, but when the breakfast area has few people there are staff waiting to serve you, where most places expect you to serve yourself. VERY UNNERVING to have 2 humans waiting for you to ask them for something to do! I only wanted to eat a breakfast, which was excellent… Perhaps having people wait on you is expected here? I’m not sure, but I felt like it was my responsibility to keep them busy, I did not enjoy that feeling. Turn the trays around, I can scoop eggs and sausage myself. I’ve done it before. Takes about 4 seconds and I don’t have anyone waiting for me to ask them to help me do such a menial task. The staff was excellent nonetheless, just not my desire to have them watch me eat. "

"We stayed one night for our 27 th anniversary. The place was beautiful! The pool was not open yet for the season . We would definitely.stay here again."

"This place isn't terrible but there are a few things that need improvement. The shower turned into a bath quickly because the drain was stopped up. The toilet was lopsided because of what appeared to be broken tile underneath. The mini fridge was hot the first day of our stay, then froze our items the second day of the stay. Parking is $15 per night of stay.The lobby smelled like there was a gas leak when we first arrived. The hallway on the sixth floor smelled very musty, but our room smelled fine. The pool is closed for repair. The positives... the staff were friendly, the room was clean, the air conditioning worked well, the location is great, the bed was comfortable."
