"Outside of the hotel doesn’t look that promising but inside it was immaculately clean & I loved my room on the eleventh floor with panoramic view of the city (prettier at night!). Kettle, fridge, iron & toiletries provided. Gym was small but more than adequate. Pool was lovely although sadly the sun didn’t shine. Mall next door was an added bonus. Food outlets, a supermarket and a pharmacy. Approx 25 mins from airport depending on traffic & IDR 140,000 with tolls etc. Perfect for a stopover between flights. Thank you. "

"On the first night of my business trip, the room smelled musky upon entering, but since my arrival was at midnight, I just tried to sleep it off. But the sheets felt uncomfortable. During the morning, I was horrified to find my bed sheets discolored and dirty. Upon going to the toilet, the bath towels look horrible, worse than rags to be used on the floor. They were terribly norñt white, smelled funky. Finally, I smelled smoke coming from the air vent."

"The place and room were extremely clean and beautiful. The front desk was friendly and professional especially Sherina. She was the best. The breakfast is Yummy but way too oily. The place is very clean. "

"We had a very good experience with the team at the Fairfield Marriott. They were really helpful when we arrived in Jakarta airport even sending the shuttle bus to pick us up. We arrived at the hotel at 9 am and even though we were expecting not to get to a room straight away the team got a room ready quickly for us. Also the cafe team gave us a very tasty coffee while we waited for our room to be ready. After getting to the room we were able to catch up on our sleep, but when we woke we found that we had a message from the airline saying that our next flight was delayed by 24 hours. So the team from the hotel took us back to the airport and we were able to reschedule our flights and make it to our destination. The team were always smiling and pleasant to deal with a credit to the hotel."

"The distance to the airport wasn’t 5 minutes like it was mentioned in the Expedia apps, it was 10 minutes. Flooding in front of the hotel The color of the towels was too dark for white towels The pillows and pillow covers didn’t smell nice, maybe they haven’t been replaced with new ones so I can smell the sweat coming out of the pillows and covers. The Shuttle bus wasn’t free for online bookings, this was supposed to be informed beforehand. I’ll never go back there or will never book a 1 star hotels anymore. "
