"The house was very clean.We asked if there were swim towels and chairs, they said, no we got there and the chairs and towels were there. We had cool days, if pool heater was offered, for extra, we would of paid more. We had 2 three yr Olds. They would of been in am to pm. The pool was great. Location was great, very quiet, but still drivable to restaurants, and zip lining, Waterpark, and beach. Would stay again."

"Loved this place! Perfect location. Elevator! Immaculate! Beautiful decor. Fully stocked kitchen. Keyless entry. 2 covered parking spaces!Host supplies everything you need for a comfortable beach vacation. Beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, large wagon to transport stuff to beach. Just bring your favorite beach towels. Great option for families that need extra bedroom. Host was quick to answer any questions before and after booking. Very good cancellation policy. We were very happy with the entire complex. Would certainly reccommend to others."

"Overall, we had a great time at the house. It was fairly well appointed but an air fryer would be a great add. The cleanliness could have been better. Cushions on chairs outside were dirty on one side and moldy on the other. We had to wash them ourselves. And had to wipe down the plastic chairs to use them. And the bugs!! I know this is really hard to control but the bugs outside were everywhere—the deck, the doors, etc. It made it harder to enjoy the outside space after dark. And then they got inside as well. Maybe some zappers or yard spraying would help. But overall, everyone enjoyed it and we had a great time. Would recommend."

"We had 3 couples with young kids staying with friends and we had a blast! We used the bikes, water equipment, pool, and beach equipment to enjoy our stay even more. There was a cart that helped us transport items to the beach, which we often took on the 10 minute walk to the Widgeon Street access."

"Lovely host (very accommodating) and gorgeous location! It has a beautiful private beach we had to ourselves! The home is really pretty, tastefully furnished, and very comfortable. A location so close to ocean weathers on the outside easily, so that's to be expected. We loved the pool and pickleball court! Overall a wonderful rental and we would highly recommend!"

"Our stay was absolutely fantastic. We got together with family (6 children and 7 adults) and greatly enjoyed our week in the area. Things we enjoyed about the home: family friendly, comfy beds (minus one - downstairs front bedroom needs replaced), enough space for everyone to eat and play, awesome bar space outside to keep adult beverages separate, the kitchen was very well equipped (knives weren't very sharp but otherwise easy to cook), porch and seating area were very comfortable, hot tub was hot. Management company was extremely responsive and kind. I cannot say enough about the quality of response. The neighborhood is so cozy - it has everything you need and it's close to larger shopping and activities. Walking distance to the market, shoppes, and to the beach - honestly couldn't ask for a better spot for a super laid back family trip. We would ABSOLUTELY come back to visit!! "
