The one downside is that the hotel was hosting the world cigar championship and the staff were too busy looking after the people attending that event to properly provide a good enough service to other hotel guests. It proved difficult getting any quality of service throughout the bars and restaurants during our stay."

The walk up to the hotel can suck because it’s uphill and lots of stairs. But the great part is if you take the ferry in, the staff waits for you at the dock and will take your suitcases for you."

"My boyfriend and I loved this stay for 4 nights. It is a perfect location, a short walk from beautiful Cavtat town. 10 minute uber from Dubrovnik airport and 45 minute boat to Dubrovnik town. Definitely worth upgrading to sea view rooms for an amazing sunset every night. There is a great running or walking route from the hotel all the way round a few bays. Lots of nice swimming spots. Breakfast was average just because it's such a large hotel and the food is prepared in mass but unless you are extremely fussy I do not think there are any issues. It's not a luxury hotel but it's very pleasant and the rooms are lovely."
