「J’ai passé 3 jours à l’hôtel Alpeen et ce fut une excellente expérience. L’accueil était chaleureux, le personnel attentionné et toujours disponible. La chambre était très propre, confortable et bien aménagée, avec une belle vue sur les montagnes. L’hôtel est bien situé, au calme, tout en étant proche des sentiers et des activités proposées dans la station. Je recommande vivement cet établissement pour un séjour été comme hiver à la montagne ! Je reviendrai avec plaisir !」

「Check in was so simple, staff were amazing and helpful at each interaction. The restaurant was busy with the Tour being in town but the staff were brilliant. Food was awesome too. Definitely worthy of more than a couple of stars. 」

「Perfetto hotel per motociclisti con tante attenzioni alle nostre esigenze (molto frequentato anche da ciclisti), parcheggio riparato per la moto, distributori di bevande, snack e caffè nella lobby, colazione servita già dalle 6.30. Posizione centrale nel paese dove comunque qualche ristorante e bar si trovano. Camere funzionali, pulitissime. Host veramente cordiale, disponibile,attento e parla anche italiano. 「Nous ne voulons pas parler de la residence pralin mais plutot de l appartement 405 a la residence le pralin que vous osez louer avec des matelas pitoyables pleins de taches surtout pour des enfants etc...vous dites aux gens qu il y a des couettes alors que c faux ! pas de couettes pendant une semaine on aurait prefere la verité qd on vs a appelé , pas de télévision non plus malgré nos appels aussitot ou vs nous faites croire que vous allez faire quelque chose alors que c faux !!rien est fait c...

「I didnt recieve the key box code in time, was never told that towels and linen needed to be ordered , and the residence has no luggage or ski storage. I would avoid this apartment for ski vacations to Courchevel but the other residences managed by the building seem to be better managed with on site staff. 」
