Parking was fine. The staff were great, especially the lady cleaning the rooms and the lady handling the sign-in for the rooms. We would use the Northwood whenever we were in Turtle Lake. The front desk staff was very nice. Housekeepers said hi when passing them in the hallways. Room was clean. The pool and hot tub was up and running. The fitness center is a decent size, I enjoyed my stay there
