The Space:

This modern and comfy space will ensure a memorable experience with its stylish design, guaranteed cleanliness and carefully picked amenities.

• Living Room: The living room features a full-sized, comfortable sectional facing the entrance. Perfect for relaxing and enjoying good company while watching a movie or TV show. It also includes a 55” 4K UHD Smart TV, a coffee table, and high-speed Wi-Fi.

• Kitchen: If you’d like to take a break from dining out and enjoy a home-cooked meal, this space comes fully equipped with everything you need. The kitchen includes a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, and sink. It also features a coffee machine with coffee and creamer provided, a Brita water filter, drinkware, silverware, and a complete set of pots and pans for your cooking needs.

• Dining Room: A cozy dining room table with six comfortable chairs is located between the kitchen and living room sofas, perfect for enjoying a meal while watching TV.

• Bedroom 1: The bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed with pillows, linens, and sheets, nightstands with bedside lamps, an office desk with chair and lamp, and an additional premium queen-sized air mattress, providing both hotel-like comfort and a space to meet all your business needs.

• Bedroom 2: The bedroom includes a queen-sized bed with pillows, linens, and sheets, along with nightstands featuring bedside lamps.

• Bedroom 3: features a 32” 4K UHD Smart TV, two full bunk beds with pillows, linens, and sheets, and nightstands with bedside lamps.

• COMMON SPACE: comes with a full-size sofa bed with pillows and sheets, plus one additional premium queen-sized air mattress.

• Bathroomx2: This unit features a full bathroom with a bath and shower, wash basin, mirror, toilet, towels, makeup towels, essential toiletries, no need to bring your own.



Guest Access:

• The apartment is exclusively yours without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind and make yourself at home.

• Parking is located in the complex. Please DO NOT PARK in any parking spaces labeled "Reserved". Your car will be towed, and we will not be liable.

• Parking permits are located inside the unit. They are yellow and to be left on vehicle dashboard (please do not remove them from the plastic). Visitor passes are also located inside the unit. These are to be hung from mirror if you expect any guests, they must park in the spaces labeled "Visitors".

• Parking in front of the building isn’t guaranteed, but you can use any available spaces within the property following the rules. Complexes are built to accommodate one visitor per unit. Even so, all parking spaces may occasionally be occupied due to high traffic, but if contacted, we can always provide a resolution or alternative.

• Guest Verification (Required for 18+) For security purposes, all guests aged 18+ are required to complete a quick identity verification after the reservation is confirmed. You will receive access to an external verification link once your booking is confirmed. This process is confidential and your information remains secure within our system during your active stay.



Other Things to Note:

The health, safety and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance! For this reason, we pride ourselves in our cleanliness protocol to ensure we exceed every guest's expectation before, during and after they leave.

• A flat $25 pet fee per pet per night applies for approved pets. Note: Pets must be on a leash when roaming within the complex. UNDECLARED PETS: $200 FEE IF NOT INCLUDED IN THE RESERVATION COUNT BEFORE CHECK-IN.

• Early check-in fee of $40 (must be requested before 9am on day of check in)

• Late check-out fee of $100

• Trash Disposal Policy - Please bag all trash and place it in the designated on-site bins before checkout. Leaving more than one bag behind may be considered excessive and could result in a $50 fee. Thanks for helping us keep the home clean and ready for the next guests!



Interaction with Guests:

• I am accessible to my guests via phone or through the app. Expect a quick and prompt response. I give my guests space but am readily available if needed. Please don't hesitate to reach out!
