Amazing location for American Airlines arena. Nice hotel, pool and one of the restaurants had an unscheduled closing while we were there. Check in staff was super friendly!
This was perfect for the concert I attended at the American Airlines Center. Staff was pleasant, had everything organized, and made everything smooth for me. The room was amazing! Definitely somewhere I would stay again.
Stayed here for two nights for BTS’s Jin Concerts in July. Location can’t be beat for convenience as the American Airlines Center is literally across the street with plenty of dining options within walking distance (no need to pay for additional parking or fight traffic). The staff was very friendly and service was great during stay. Everyone we encountered from the bellman, front desk, housekeeping, and room service was consistent. This was our second stay here and we had another great experience here.
The hotel’s location was very convenient. We stay here because of a concert at American Airlines there was no need for us to uber anywhere. Will be staying here again.

All staff that I had interaction were absolutely amazing. The hotel was also conveniently located in the center of everything, making walking to restaurants or other events easy. Will definitely book at this location again.
I went to see a concert at American Airlines center. The location was perfect as we could walk right across the street. The street is small and had an intimate feel, not like normal downtown feel. And the parking was right across the street for $30 or you could valet for more. We also enjoyed the 16th floor pool. We did not have a great view from our room since there was just construction but it wasn't that big a deal. Also, be sure you eat before 11pm because everything seems to close down around that time. I will definitely stay there any time I have a concert or sporting event at the AAC.
Chose this hotel because of its location across from AAC. Superb staff, friendly and helpful. Clean rooms and common areas. Valet parking was smooth even with several cars arriving at once.
