It was absolutely fabulous! We enjoyed it very much! Very spacious and SUPER CLEAN!! I know a lot of people have mentioned the area being "scary" or "sketchy" but I did not get that at all! I felt safe the entire time.Also, I left a blow-dryer and realized within 10 minutes of leaving the house texted our Host, Ash, and we was so gracious to let me come back. When I arrived the housekeeper was cleaning the house so well. She had all the mattress off the beds and was scrubbing. As a renter that was so comforting to know! The house was SPOTLESS! Definitely recommend staying here! I will be booking here every time we come to Dallas Market. Thanks so much to Ash and his housekeeper. It was a beautiful stay! :)

Beautiful Home!

We enjoyed our stay here. This home was beautiful and very comfortable for my family stay. We were in town for my niece graduation. The host Ash was very responsive and helpful. The check-in process was so simple. The area was close to everywhere we needed to go. Although we spent most time at the house. The house came equipped with every item you could think of. My favorite was the kitchen and back yard. We were able to cook easily in the kitchen with lots of utensils and seasonings, dish soap, paper towels, trash bags etc... We were sad to leave. We will definitely be back and would love to have Ash as a host again. Awesome time!

Great for Family Stay

Ash was quick with communication about the property. Check-in and out were written out and easy to understand. We stayed for 5 days most of the time it was just my husband and I, but a few nights other family members joined us. The two separate living places worked out well for the kids to be upstairs and the adults to be down. Place was as described and clean. Q

Great location & fun in house entertainment

Our family enjoyed their stay, throw-back table video game console was a hit! Home is very spacious and in a great location for accessing downtown Dallas.

Great Dallas Trip

Just want to let people know that if you're planning a trip to Dallas and will going back and forth between the Irving/Grapevine area and Dallas, this is the perfect house. We really enjoyed our stay and the lay-out of the house is perfect. Couldn't have had a better time. Enjoy your time here....

The perfect spot for family and friends

This home was so beautiful. Very nice interior designs and plenty of space. One of my favorite perks of this home is the outdoor area and the beds. The beds were super comfortable and spacious. The host is super sweet and makes sure the home has everything you need. My family and friends enjoyed everything! a 10 out of 10

30th Birthday Girls Trip

We had SO much fun in Dallas at this lovely VRBO. I had 10 of my best girlfriends celebrating the death of my 20’s and welcoming my 30’s era. The house was immaculate and very spacious for all of us. The garage and driveway fit all our rental cars. The backyard was an amazing spot for everyone to catch up around the fire. Amenities were 10/10, especially the tea, coffee, and commercial free Spotify on the TV. It was also located in an extremely convenient area so we could get to the Bishop Arts district, downtown district, really anywhere within 10-15 minutes. Would definitely re-book without hesitation.

Stunning home ammenities need work

Ash, the owner, was friendly and responsive. The house is beautiful with great furniture, linnens, soaps, towels, etc. The area is super convenient and was a short uber to the arts district. The street is being revitalized so it has beautuful new homes but also some that are in very poor condition. I was glad to have my car in the garage. There is a significant opportunity with the games. Ash told me that he doesn't provide the sand for the shuffleboard which is nearly like not offering it. I had to spend part of my vacation finding a place to buy the sand. The video game had no cord and no knobs so it is not actually a part of the rental, despite the photos. The cornhole boards pictured are also not available, as they were a very cheap set and were warped. I would have selected a less expensive rental if I knew the games were not available for the 4 men in our party.

Great House

Very nice house. Great layout well appreciated. Central location. Only issue was parking. Plenty of parking if you have cars. Met college friends for OU Texas game. We’re all older and drive trucks. Couldn’t get the trucks in the garage. But if you have a car there is plenty of room for 2 cars in the garage. Great back yard

Graduation

The house was family friendly and comfortable. The pictures are exactly what the house looks like. The neighbors are friendly and hilarious. The cleaning crew got paid for nothing because I had to clean some areas, but it was ok. I wanted to be comfortable. The property manager was quick to respond and accommodated my family and me. The games are super fun to play with family. The property location is great!!! We hated to leave, but we will be back. We had a great time at the property.

Perfect for a conference group

We were in Dallas for the Texas PTA Launch Conference. 6 of us stayed and it was a perfect space for us. Plenty of room to spread out, plenty of space in the living areas, and an absolutely beautiful backyard area. It was only 10 minutes from the Hilton Anatole. The property owner is very responsive and provided clear instructions. We would definitley choose this house again!

The house was nice inside but the neighborhood was scary. It was hard to leave and comeback because of construction and neighbors parking on the side of the road. My children reported that they heard someone trying to unlock the door because the lock uses a code. Wouldn’t recommend the stay.
