The house is perfect for a girls weekend… Very spacious and lots of seating for gathering in the living room… The backyard is huge and cozy. The kitchen is very well stocked. The fire pit was so easy to work and so relaxing. The pressure in the showers are phenomenal. The beds are super comfy. I would stay here again!

We travel a bunch. And this place was great. Plenty of room to chill outside. Which we did every night. And plenty of beds. House was very well stocked for us to cook. Good gas grill. Hot tub was a bonus. Would say it was a four seater. Neighborhood was middle class working folk. So we fit in perfectly. Would definitely stay here again.

The pool was great to float on after a long day of work. My coworker really enjoyed the hot tub as well. Home was clean and beautiful and check in was a breeze. Will definitely stay next time we are in Dallas.

Delightful Girls Weekend

Wonderful weekend with girlfriends celebrating life and birthdays. We loved the layout of the house and the backyard was amazing! We spent majority of time in the pool and hot tub

Disaster Stay - Dont Book If you want a smooth vacation! This was the worst rental experience I’ve ever had. I warned the host we were traveling with a cancer patient and asked to confirm the pool, plumbing, and AC were in good shape. The host assured us everything was fine. We paid over 1,000 for 3 nights—within 10 minutes, the toilet clogged… then the second one… then the shower. Soon after, the AC began leaking badly, flooding the living room. Five of us spent the night sweeping water to keep it out of the bedrooms.At midnight, a plumber arrived and confirmed the main drain pipe was fully clogged—and not for the first time. Water backflow brought roaches into the bathrooms and even into the bedrooms—some huge. Afterward, the house smelled awful. The host offered a cleaning crew, but we didn’t want more disruption.It s not cheap it s bad, if these did not happen to you were just lucky it s not I m unlucky.After all these the host ( is actually a company) offered us 100 discount. I chose to report to VRBO, lets see how they will take careAvoid this property at all costs.

During Our Family Stay…First We in counted Numerous Things That Needed Immediate Attention that wasn’t Addressed in A Timely Manner…Upon Arrival Lots of Spiderwebs Across Front Entrance on Outside.. Entering The Property the Smell of the house was a Bit Weird Not An inviting smell.. Pool had to be Cleaned out before Use.. WiFi Was UnAvailable During Whole Stay .. Had a Problem With AC Was not Working Properly First Night Was Hot and Suffocating.. Was Told No one Can Come out Until The Day We Was Set To Leave Property On Monday..This Staycation Was Nit Pleasant For Our Experience …Wanted To Get Away From The House With Children For The Weekend & Didn’t Have A Complete Pleasant Experience For The Price Of The Stay.. “The Children Enjoyed The Pool”..

great location, cute neighborhood

We stayed for 2 weeks while we were having remodeling done on our home. This location was picked as it was close to the airport where my husband's office is. He usually works from home so we wanted to save commute time for him. The neighbood is working class/multi generational families so there are a lot of cars. DFW is based on everyone having a car. I looked up the location on a crime map and it had no crime. People are coming and going to work and the neighbors were friendly waving and saying hello as I walked my dogs. Good sidewalks and lots of trees for shade. Very pleasant. We are so lucky they allow short term rentals in their neighborhood. The only "crime" is the arts and crafts style door on this gem of a mid-century modern home, lol. If you love mid century architecture like I do you will love this neighborhood.If you are considering this house coming from out of town the location is fantastic, you can quickly get to the freeway and go in any direction. I would recommend using Google maps or Waze as there is always a wreck or construction/ DFW traffic is next level. You really need real time information.I have mostly stayed in short term rentals in places like Broken Bow OK so I expected more of a hospitality management style with someone inspecting the property and getting it up to standard before renting it but this property at its price point takes more of a "crowd sourcing" approach- quickly reactive to requests but not proactive.

Good place

Enjoyed it! Hot tub had been drained and cleaned right before our arrival, so it was cold the first day, but it was nice to know that it was clean for us the rest of the week!

Awesome Home, close to everything

Our stay was great, the home was very clean which was a fear of mine until I arrived. Super clean, fresh, decorated well the home had more than enough room for my stay. The pool was amazing as was the hot tub. The grill was super clean and stocked with grill utensils, I would definitely recommend renting this place and when I’m town I will again. Asher the host was always responsive and extremely helpful and made our stay that much more comfortable and enjoyable. Five star host for sure 👍

It was a nice place to stay. The kids loved the pool. The neighborhood is pretty packed tight but very quiet and a nice fenced in backyard. We had one small issue but it will get fixed. Communication is very good at this rental. Overall we had a great vacation and stay

Good Location

Nice neighborhood, quiet, and central location to major highways. Communication with property manager was great. Very responsive and made it a point to check in on us almost daily.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay in your property. Well stocked kitchen very impressed. You need a funnel (LOL) and a better wine cork remover. The home is comfortable.

Great accommodations

Looks small from the outside but great size on the inside. Would recommend this for anyone with large family. Was easily accessible from multiple highways. The owners were very accommodating with our request of early checkin as well as ensuring everything was with the home was ok. If needing again would look to see if available.

Relaxing & Comfortable!

We had an amazing stay and really enjoyed the pool! There were a couple minor cleanliness issues, but the host was very responsive and had them fixed quickly! Beds were comfortable and we had all the amenities we needed! We would stay here again, thank you!!!
