Stay in this exceptional two-bedroom apartment (1378 sq ft / 128 sqm) located in Uptown, just a few blocks from Franklin Stadium and the Royal Oaks Country Club. The Preston Beauty is nestled in a vibrant area that offers a delightful blend of shopping, culture, and outdoor recreation, making it the perfect spot for your stay. Enhance your experience with access to community amenities, including a refreshing pool, a gym, and convenient BBQ grills for relaxing and entertaining.



The Space:

Upon entering, you'll find a welcoming living room furnished with comfortable sofas and a smart TV for your entertainment. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and complete dinnerware. The main bedroom features a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom and a spacious walk-in closet. The second bedroom also offers a queen-size bed and includes a bathroom with a large soaking tub, and a double vanity sink.



Please note that we have several units available in the building and lay out may vary a little.

Perfect in Every Way

Great two bedroom apartment convenient to shopping, restaurants and a dog park across the street. Our two week stay between houses could not have been better. Would highly recommend to any and all!
