American Airlines Center — home of the Dallas Mavericks and Dallas Stars — is 10 minutes from your front door. If you are in town for a game or a concert, this is the ideal base.

Additional visitor parking is available on-site for anyone in your group who drives separately.

Street parking is not available in this area, so the covered spot is your go-to.

🚕 RIDESHARE & TRANSIT

Uber and Lyft are active and readily available throughout Oak Lawn and surrounding neighborhoods.
For most of what Dallas has to offer, a quick rideshare is the easiest way to move around.

DART light rail and bus routes are accessible nearby for guests who prefer public transit.

✈️ FROM THE AIRPORT

From Dallas Love Field (DAL):
Head south on Mockingbird Lane, then take Cedar Springs Road south into Oak Lawn.
Total drive time is approximately 15 minutes.

From Dallas Fort Worth International (DFW):
Take TX-114 East, then merge onto I-35E South toward Dallas. Take the Oak Lawn Avenue exit and continue south. Total drive time is approximately 25 to 35 minutes depending on traffic.

Other Things to Note:
🪜 All three bedrooms are upstairs, so expect a flight of stairs. Not ideal for guests who can’t manage steps.
🏘️ This home shares a wall with a neighboring unit, so please keep noise down late at night.

🚗 Please park only in your driveway, on the left when facing the home. The driveway on the right belongs to the neighbors.
🔐 Please don’t lock the deadbolt from inside. It can block entry if you need help during your stay.
📹 Exterior cameras cover entry areas only.

🐶 Up to 2 pets are welcome. A pet fee applies, and all pets must be added to your booking
✓ Stays longer than 7 nights require a $350 refundable pet deposit.
✓ Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage, excessive shedding, odors, or additional cleaning.
✓ Pets must be house-trained, supervised, and kept off beds/furniture. Please bring your own pet supplies and do not use home linens or towels for pets.
