Sophisticated Minimalist Modern Home w/pool & spa

  • Enjoy this stylish, family & pet friendly home. Designer luxury updates, open plan +close to EVERYTHING. Entire home w 4 spacious bedrooms, hi speed wifi and Mins from Legacy West, Grandscape, TopGolf, The Star, 121 & DNT. Private Backyard Oasis w Pool & Spa + 2 car attached garage!

    Large living spaces open together into a large great room. Ideal for gatherings! Tall ceilings and cool air conditioning! 1 king bedroom w/ tub and shower, 3 queen bedrooms, plus sofa pullout will sleep 10. Additional air mattresses in closets can sleep additional 2-4. Guest bathroom has bathtub and dual vanity.

    You will have access to the entire home, private pool and spa plus the 2 car garage. 2 hours of spa heat complimentary per night of your stay. (Pool cannot be heated in the winter but the spa can)

    Quiet neighborhood in the suburbs where homes range in price from 380-550K.

    Covered 2 car garage parking available. Street parking available. Plenty of Uber and Lyft options in the area, as well

    We want you to enjoy your time here. So, all we ask when you check out is to take your trash out. We will take care of everything else! We do our best to accommodate early check ins and late checkouts. So don't hesitate to reach out and ask if you need special accommodations.
