Guests keep calling this the best-stocked, best-designed rental they've stayed in. It feels like a home, not a rental: original art on the walls, a record player with good vinyl, and beds so comfortable one guest ordered the pillows.
Cook in a chef's kitchen with every pan, knife and spice. Unwind on the covered patio by the gas fireplace, with the grill and smoker close by. Spa-style primary bath, two-car garage with Tesla charger, dogs welcome. Minutes from Knox-Henderson, Uptown and Lower Greenville.
Guests tend to tell us three things: the house is beautifully put together, it has everything, and they slept well.
LIVING AND DINING A bright living room with a big wraparound sofa, 65-inch Frame TV, soundbar, a record player with handpicked vinyl, board games, and original photography on the walls. The dining table seats eight.
KITCHEN Set up for real cooking around a waterfall island: Bertazzoni gas range and oven, stand mixer, Staub Dutch oven, air fryer, Instant Pot, rice maker and sharp chef's knives. A cabinet of oils, vinegars and spices, so you don't have to buy a full bottle for one recipe. Coffee and tea bar with drip, Keurig and French press.
COVERED PATIO AND YARD Color-changing gas fireplace, Samsung Terrace TV, ceiling fan and soft seating, all under cover so it works in the heat and the rain. Weber gas grill for a quick dinner, Traeger pellet smoker for low-and-slow Texas barbecue. Outdoor dining table for eight and Adirondack chairs in a fully fenced yard.
BEDROOMS Primary suite: king bed, blackout curtains, private balcony, Frame TV and desk. The bathroom has an oversized rain shower, a soaking tub and a Bluetooth vanity mirror. Bedroom two: two full beds, blackout shades and a bit of British countryside in the wallpaper. Bedroom three: king bed, blackout shades, Frame TV and desk. Bedrooms two and three share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. Every bedroom has a sound machine and bedside USB and USB-C charging. The house sleeps six comfortably, with a rollaway twin memory foam bed for a seventh.
WORK Three workspaces, one with an external monitor and a Bluetooth printer, on AT&T 1-gig fiber.
FAMILIES AND DOGS Crib, travel crib, high chair, children's dinnerware and outlet covers are here, so you can pack lighter. Dogs are welcome, up to two. They get blankets, bowls, a few treats and a doggy door to the fenced yard. The doggy door opening is 11 x 16 inches, comfortable for dogs up to about 45 lbs.
GARAGE AND LAUNDRY Two-car garage, roomy enough that one guest's long SUV fit, with a Level 2 Tesla charger. Washer and dryer in the house.
