My overall impression of the property was okay. My main reasons for choosing this property were the amount of bedrooms and the pool and hot tub. That being said it took me over an hour to figure out how to get into the downstairs bedroom. Handles on doors don't turn so seems locked from the inside, I finally got one door opened by force. Had it figured out by the time Judy got back to me. There were no controls for the hot tub I could find, was messaged back that it hadn't worked since "they" took over the property. When I said I expected some type of refund for this I was then told the pool guy fixed it but it could only be turned on remotely by Judy and only run for four hours a day ? After wasting the 1st half of my trip going back and forth I just let it go and made the most of it. There is no house book explaining how things work and there are several items that need maintenance. Missing post on stairs, light bulbs out in bathrooms, string light sections out on patio to name a few. The kitchen was okay but the cookware and appliances were a joke. A small Keurig for a house that sleeps 16 ppl is ridiculous. The only good thing in the kitchen were the knives, since I don't think too many people attempted to cook using those pot and pans. The bedding and linens were overused, there was nothing resort like about this place. It's very obvious that this place is run to make money and that's sad because it could be great. If you want to relax in comfort, head elsewhere.
