OVERVIEW:
A cute little abode in the heart of historic Rowlett, Texas. This beautifully upgraded home features 3 full bedrooms, and sleeps up to 8 comfortably! This home will give you a quiet place to relax after long days at Lake Ray Hubbard, Rockwall harbor, or Downtown Dallas. With luxurious wood furniture and simple amenities, relax in multiple ways! The home comes fully furnished with King, Queen, Twin beds, Air Mattress and multiple smart Roku TVs. Enjoy our home for your stay and check out our town while you are here!

LOCATION:
Our house is conveniently located around everything you may need in the area. Rowlett has many attractions super close such as restaurants, Lake Ray Hubbard access, and Wet Zone among so much more! Rockwall is super close with attractions such as the Lake Ray Hubbard Harbor, historic downtown Rockwall, and multiple restaurants. Also, our house is 20 minutes away from Dallas and everything available in the metroplex.

HOME DETAILS:
As you enter you will see the open concept living area which features the formal dining, kitchen, and living room.

The formal dining has a beautiful handcrafted circle wooden table, made by 3433 Woodstop on Etsy, and natural stain with a smooth finish. The table is accompanied by sheik leather chairs that seat up to 6 comfortably.

The full kitchen features brand new appliances and a full stock of dinnerware and supplies for cooking in any occasion.

The living room has two comfy but sheik couches and a designer rug for a warm cozy feeling. There is a wood burning fireplace and modern design features throughout the living room. Equipped with a 65 inch smart tv that has a Roku stick that allows guests to login to whatever app they desire. The tv stand also has kids toys and games for the family to enjoy.

The back door, in the living room leads out to a big spacious backyard perfect for relaxing on those warm summer nights. With outdoor furniture and a propane grill, it is also perfect for any BBQ you may desire. BBQ accessories are in the kitchen.

When you first enter the hallway, you will see the first guest bedroom. It has two comfy twin beds that feature memory foam mattresses and relaxing duvet comforters.

The second guest bedroom has a queen bed that also features a memory foam mattress and relaxing duvet comforters. The queen guest room also features a mounted 45 inch TCL Roku Smart TV. It has Roku built in so any guest can login to their desired tv apps.

When you continue down the hall, you will find the guest bathroom. Decorated in a simple style with pictures that feature our wonderful city, Rowlett, this bathroom has everything a guest will need.

Continue down the hall to find the coat rack and the laundry room. Equipped with both a washer and dryer, the guest will have access to an appropriate amount of laundry needs for their stay and have full access.

The end of the hall has the master bedroom. This large master suite features a King size bed with memory foam mattresses, duvet comforter, a full desk with office space, a full size mirror, a mounted 45 inch TCL Roku Smart TV, and a relaxing space with a comfy chair.

The master bathroom has a large closet for longer stays and a set of weights for working out.

The garage has two spaces for cars to park but must be opened from the inside of the house.

Exactly what was needed

This property was exactly what was needed. Plenty of space, very nicely maintained. The garage with ability to park a vehicle was great. We mostly used it as a place to sleep and eat breakfast, but I'm sure it would have been great had we been there more. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend to anyone out there. Great job hosts!!

Restful Night

Very nice clean home with everything you may need to enjoy a few days with family . We only needed it for a few hours to sleep and freshen up. Beds were comfortable and showers were clean and shampoo, conditioner, body wash , and towels were provided. Would stay again and recommend to others. All communication with host was thro verbo message the day of booking and days b4 arrival so no further communication was needed.

Lovely home!

We really liked our stay here. We did have a slight glitch with receiving check in instructions, but the owners were quick to help. The home was impeccably clean and fresh and we had more than enough space for our 5 kids (ages ranging from 6 months - teenager) and us. The pack and play was helpful and the first aid kit was a nice touch with kids! The location was great and easy to find/get to. We noticed a few minor issues but fixing those things would bring this listing to 5 stars easily. Overall, Iโ€™d highly recommend this home!

As Advertised - Nice Place in Convenient Location

All was found as expected by advertisement. Nice touch with welcome Terri message. ๐Ÿ™‚ No issues with cleanliness Great communication with host. They even checked in after Tornado warnings and severe weather conditions one day. Was glad to have alarm system especially with just myself and nice staying. Comfortable beds and Iโ€™m very picky about this kind of thing (pack my pillow when traveling). AC worked well. (Stayed May 26 - June 1st. Reliable Hi speed wi-fi which was great since Verizon doesnโ€™t have great coverage on this area. Convenient location with lots of dining and shopping options. 15 min drive to Garland where my mother lives. Would stay again.

Excellent House for Family

Great stay in a well thought out house with ease and comfort and attention to detail. Property owner was prompt with every response. Neighborhood is safe and walking distance to the lake. The house was very clean with thoughtful design we felt at home, we had all the necessities. I will definitely return to this property.
