Fantastic host

We stayed here for 4 nights with our small kids. It was very clean and the hosts were responsive to anything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Weekend getaway

Very nice well kept home. Excellent hosts! Close to a fire station. We enjoyed our stay. It was close to Texas Motor Plex but in the country. Very pleasant drive.

Family Getaway

This facility home was perfect for our family of 6. We split up evenly and had our own privacies with the comfort of knowing everyone is close. We were able to check in one hour early which was conveniently great of the host to allow that. Checking in and out was a breeze. The host was super respondent as needed.

Nice little home

Overall a nice stay. The home was clean and the decor was nice. Very near a fire station, so if you’re a light sleeper, that might be an issue. Also, the temps dropped and we had trouble with the thermostat and getting the system to stop putting out cold air. The host did supply some little heaters in the bedrooms but they tripped the breaker repeatedly.

The house was clean and modern. Just be aware the fire dept and police dept are across the street. I would stay here again.

The house was very clean inside, all of the rooms have been redone and are nice. The house had everything we needed for a 3 night stay. There is no outside amenities like outdoor furniture but the front porch did have a chair and table. The neighborhood is fairly quiet but there is a busy street one house away and a fire station across the street from that so there is some outside noise. The location was convenient to both Dallas and Waxahachie were we spent most of our time.

Nice Rental!

This rental was exactly what we needed for our visit to the Dallas area. The property manager was very easy to communicate with and even made sure we had a table and chairs so we could enjoy the back yard! The house is located close to main roads making the drive into Dallas no problem. I would definitely stay there again if I return to the area.

Incredibly communicative and prompt owners! Well maintained and comfortable property with thoughtful essentials provided. They answered every silly question I had leading up to the vacation. Absolutely would try to book again if I was in the area with a group!
