Lakeview and Access. Temporary Housing or Long Term

Owners manage 7 lake houses here, where we also live. Great lakeview/lakefront home for those that need temporary housing, short getaway, or a cheaper long term rate. The lake is across the street for easy access. In the Winter there are amazing sunsets from the porch. It is 2 bedroom and 1 bath house. The inside of the house is painted and decorated to give a calm relaxing feel. Bedrooms have queen beds. Full sized washer and dryer, wifi, and satellite TV. Pets are allowed. There is a small fenced area for pets, with a doggie door. Pets must be approved ahead of time. There is a $100 per pet fee.

The neighborhood was built in the 60's when Lake Lewisville was new. It consisted of weekend cabins and remained that way until about 20 years ago. A large part of the people in the neighborhood are the original families that built their cabins. It's a neighborhood where everyone knows each other. From the beginning it was an area for families to come and enjoy the lake, family and friends and make lasting memories. Since the early days Frisco and Little Elm have gradually surrounded our tiny area creating a hidden gem. There are a few houses that may seem a little rundown, but we kindheartedly like to refer to those as our camouflage.
